Crossgates & Whinmoor Community Hub will be providing free, good quality secondhand uniform to the local area during the summer 2023. They are currently looking for donations of unwanted school uniform to build up their stock. Kippax Community Hub have set up a uniform exchange and have a few rails of free uniform available. They are open Mon, Thurs & Fri 9am-5pm, Tue 10am-5pm, Wed 9am-7pm and Sat 10am-4pm. They will be covering the following schools Aberford CofE Primary, Kippax Greenfield, Micklefield CofE, St Benedicts, Strawberry Fields and Brigshaw High School. They will be holding pop up shops periodically during the year, likely to be at Easter, Christmas and Summer school holidays. Cottingley Children’s Centre have free uniform available every Wednesday from 9am-3pm and will also run it alongside their popular Baby Bank which is held every month. Make sure to join their FB page (link below) so that you can keep updated on their events. They will cover Cottingley Primary Academy, Beeston Primary, Hugh Gaitskill and Churwell Primary.
